Merlimau Polytechnic is located at Jalan Jasin, Merlimau. It's 2 km away from Merlimau town. This polytechnic was the 14th polytechnic which was established by the Ministry of Education.
Merlimau Polytechnic offers a variety of certificate and diploma programs. These programs include Hospitality, Commercial, General Studies, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
Merlimau Polytechnic was one of the venues for the 13th Malaysia Games in June. Rugby and gymnastics events were held at Merlimau Polytechnic.
