As the 300 km "green
walk" leads by Wong Tack is in high gear, the shipment of the rare earths
concentrate from Western Australia had arrived at Kuantan Port. Some of the rare earths concentrate had already transferred to Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP) in Gebeng, Kuantan.
Based on Malaysian media report, Lynas Advanced Materials Plant in Gebeng will start operating in early December.
The people of various ethnic groups in Malaysia are strongly opposed the set up of Lynas Advanced Materials Plant in Gebeng. However, BN government disregarded public opinion and approved the application of Lynas Advanced Materials Plant.
Since BN government tramples our rights, we should use our votes to turn down BN in the coming 13th general election.
