South Korean Colorful Knot

My son bought some South Korean snacks and souvenirs when he returned from Seoul. The above string knot is one of the souvenirs that he bought for me.

I believe that you may have seen the Chinese knot but not familiar with the South Korean knot. Both of them are using colorful strings to knit various folk stuffs. It's suitable to be used as adornment.
