South Korean Roasted Squid With Butter

South Korean Roasted Squid With Butter
My son returned home from Seoul to celebrate Lunar New Year in January this year. He brought back a full suitcase of South Korean products. These South Korean stuffs including mi-fang, ma-ci, seaweed, seaweed snack, cereal snack, souvenirs, ginseng essence, ginseng candy, ginseng tea, green tea, custard pie, wooden coaster, stainless steel spoon, stainless steel bowl and the above roasted squid with butter.

South Korean Roasted Squid With Butter
The flavor of South Korean squid is different with the Malaysian squid. Perhaps the reason is because of the eating habit of South Korean and Malaysian. Malaysian squid is either too spicy or salty, otherwise is extremely sweet. The South Korean squid has a fragrance smell of butter.

Although the South Korean squid is so tasty but you better don’t try it without sharp and strong teeth.

1Malaysia Political Frog

Frog
Frog is definitely a unique creature in Malaysia. It can be classified as 1Malaysia national treasure. It's very valuable because of its extraordinary jumping skill. In addition to this, its amphibious habit is really amazing. That's why there is no other frog of any country in the world can be compared with the 1Malaysia frog.
Perak Legislative Building
Without any evidence, you may think that I am boasting. The Monkey King of the Chinese novel "Journey to The West" created havoc in the heaven but the 1Malaysia political frogs caused chaos in the Perak Legislative Council. They finally toppled the Pakatan Rakyat Government which was elected by the people of Perak and support the Barisan National Government decided by the court.

The withdrawal of the assemblymen from parties is an act betraying the people who had elected them. These political frogs even shamelessly receive their allowance which is the taxpayer money. Is this the moral value of 1Malaysia?

Party hopping no doubt is 1Malaysia national humiliation. Whether hopping from Pakatan Rakyat to Barisan National or vice versa, it's immoral and should be prohibited.

Muhyiddin Yassin Should Prioritize Zaid Ibrahim

The dream of current Prime Minister of Malaysia Datuk Sri Najib Razak is to achieve the idea of 1 Malaysia which's "People First, Performance Now". Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as if doesn't agree with Datuk Sri Najib Razak because he repeatedly highlighted "Malay Priority".

Since Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin considers that Malay should be given priority then he should support the Pakatan Rakyat candidate Zaid Ibrahim who is a Malay and not the Indian candidate P. Kamalanathan from MIC in the Hulu Selangor Parliamentary by-election on March 25.

However Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin never keeps his word. He is not only supported P. Kamalanathan but also criticized Datuk Zaid Ibrahim.

As a nation leader of integrity, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has to show his sincerity by campaigning for his fellow Malay---Datuk Zaid Ibrahim. Otherwise his view on "Malay Priority" is just a childish joke.

I, Too, Am Malay

Zaid Ibrahim
"I, Too, Am Malay" is a book written by Zaid Ibrahim. He will represent Pakatan Rakyat in the Hulu Selangor re-election which will be held on April 25.

Although Zaid Ibrahim is a Parti Keadilan Rakyat committee member, reading "I, Too, Am Malay" doesn't mean that I am a supporter of Pakatan Rakyat.

Besides reading "I. Too, Am Malay", I am also a reader of Prime Minister Datuk Sri Najib and former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir. Their books which I had read were "Moving Ahead" (Datuk Sri Najib) and "Dr. Mahathir's Selected Letters To World Leaders"(Dr. Mahathir).

Actually, I am a supporter of the people of Malaysia. Reading of "I. Too, Am Malay" is just my hobby and nothing to do with politics.

"I. Too, Am Malay" reveals the dreams of Zaid Ibrahim to reform the unusual democracy in Malaysia. He also hopes to unite all ethnic of Malaysia for establishing a just and fair nation.

March 8 The Day Malaysia Woke Up

March 8 The Day Malaysia Woke Up
Due to my extremely serious political phobia, I really know nothing about politics. After reading "March 8 The Day Malaysia Woke Up", I only then understand what is the Malaysia March 8 political tsunami.

"March 8 The Day Malaysia Woke Up" was published by Marshall Cavendish Editions. The editor is well-known journalist, poet and dramatist Kee Thuan Chye. It consists of two parts : (1) Change and (2) Hope. There are altogether more than 30 splendid articles in this book.

I read "March 8 The Day Malaysia Woke Up" because reading is one of my hobbies. Nothing more than that. Hopefully, don't twist and murder my reading interest.

A Trip To Kuala Lumpur On March 28

Kuala Lumpur Shangri-La Hotel
My wife and I had been to Kuala Lumpur on March 28. It was coincident that MCA was having re-election of leadership on the same day. I am not a member of MCA so my visit to Kuala Lumpur had nothing to do with MCA re-polling. In fact, we went to Kuala Lumpur to attend our son's convocation ceremony in Shangri-La Hotel.

UWE Bristol Convocation Ceremony
The Chancellor of UWE Bristol
Actually, the graduation ceremony had been held last year. The venue was in Bristol at The University of the West of England. Due to my financial problem, I was unable to buy airline ticket to fly to United Kingdom.

Luckily, The University of the West of England conducted an unprecedented ceremony in Kuala Lumpur Shangri-La Hotel. Otherwise, we would not have the opportunity to attend our son's graduation ceremony.

Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang
We have been dwelling for decades in the countryside and unaccustomed to city life. We were really amazed with the bustling streets and the reinforced concrete forest in Kuala Lumpur.

Kuala Lumpur Plaza Low Yat
Kuala Lumpur Berjaya Times Square
Before returning home, we dropped in the nearby Low Yat Plaza and the Times Square. The Low Yat Plaza was flocked with shoppers. We had to proceed to the Times Square. The stuffs in the Times Square are too expensive to us, we just window shopping and enjoy the coolness of the air-conditioning in the Times Square.
