Located at the southern part of Banpo Bridge around Hangang Park, the Floating Island is built on the surface of Hangang.
The Floating Island is composed of three islets. The construction of the Floating Island was completed last year and opened to the public for visiting.
This islet is named as Viva. The shape of Viva looks like a bud. Viva is primarily an entertainment spot. It also serves as venue for various exhibitions. Apart from that, there is a bar and an outdoor dance floor.

Multi-purpose facility is available for ball, concert, cultural performance and international conference. Beyond that, there are a restaurant and a deck at the top of Vista.

Terra is the smallest islet. It provides platform for water sports and leisure activities. There is clubhouse, rooftop garden and water slides which plunge into Hangang.
Entrance to the Floating Island is free. You can go to Floating Island by line 3 or line 7 Subway. Get off at Banpo Express Bus Terminal Station and go out from exit 1 or 8.
